Our Poggenpohl Kitchens are cleverly designed and set new standards for quality. Key kitchen appliances pull out as ‘drawers,’ including Subzero Refrigerator and Freezer Drawers and Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Drawers. Premium cooking appliances include Fisher & Paykel Induction Cooktops, Miele Micro-oven Combination Blanco Sinks and Faucets.
STUDIOS
To live small is to live well. Our Studios are our signature apartment style, designed to flex from day to night. All studios come fully furnished with a sofa, small dining table, overhead cabinetry for added storage, lighting, bench seating, and bed. Our Hafele Murphy beds can be stored neatly behind a discerning metal perforated door. Once open, these perforated doors have additional shelving for books, magazines, and odds and ends, while providing separation between the bed area and the rest of the space.

PLATFORM STUDIOS
Our Platform Studios are a variation on our signature apartment layout, with the bed pulled out from underneath the living space during the evening, and neatly tucked away during the day. Added shelving and custom cabinetry make storage and organization a breeze.
ONE- & TWO-BEDROOMS
One and Two Bedroom Lofts are unfurnished, larger living spaces. These apartments feature the same quality in kitchens and closets, but act as a blank canvas for your living vision. Some of these apartments feature private balconies.
CUSTOM FEATURES
We’ve designed our apartments to be ready for living from your very first move-in day. New Elfa Closet Systems and custom cabinetry make organizing your clothes and possessions simple and seamless.
